Warm up your next event with our new Belgian waffle maker

21st October 2015 by Arif

I’m not going to lie to you; I had to stop writing this article half way through because I couldn’t resist the urge to fire up our brand new Belgian waffle maker and have some delicious waffles with maple syrup! I’m not ashamed to admit that I had 2 helpings… And if you hire our brand new waffle maker for your event, I’d be willing to wager the family silver that your party guests will feel just as compelled.

What’s included?

Your guests will think they’ve arrived at a Soviet Union themed party when they see the queue our authentic Belgian waffle maker creates. Delicious, high quality waffle mix is included, along with napkins, a smart, polite attendant, and all these delicious toppings and sauces:

  • Rainbow sprinkles
  • Dark chocolate
  • Maple syrup
  • Crushed pistachios
  • Caramel
  • Coconut shavings
  • Strawberry
  • Icing sugar

If you really want to go to town (and why wouldn’t you?), then you can always upgrade your order to include strawberries & fresh cream, and our decadent chocolate fountain. All you’ll need is a 4′ minimum round table with linen, access to a mains (240v) electricity socket, and most importantly a party or event that needs that little je ne sais quoi to make it extra special. Hot tip: have the waffles ready when guests arrive to avoid disappointment.

Did you know?

The Belgian waffle was originally called the Brussels waffle, until the Vermersch family stumbled upon its popularity with New Yorkers in the late 1800’s. They decided that Belgian waffle was a more appetising name, and it turns out they were right. The original recipe was rumoured to have contained a secret ingredient: beer! Don’t be so surprised; this is from Belgium, remember. Ok, I’ve waffled on enough already (sorry), so I’m going to go and grab another serving. Till next timeā€¦
